All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Customers will be contacted if further information is needed. In doing so, your processing time may exceed our standard time. Orders placed on Friday – Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day. Also orders placed after 3pm may not be processed until the next business day.
Out of Stock and Back Orders
Under rare and unusual circumstances insufficient inventory conditions are unavoidable; although we are committed to doing our best in preventing this from happening, in some periods the inventory on hand is not sufficient to complete an order. If this is the case, items purchased will be back ordered and shipped once inventory levels have been corrected usually within a 2 to 3 days, should you not choose to wait your order will be cancelled. Unless you are notified of a back ordered item, your order will ship accordingly.
Changes and Cancellations
No changes can be made after an order is placed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out. We are not responsible for mistakes or errors in your order.
USPS priority mail guarantees a shipping delivery time of 2-3 days. Fedex or other carriers may take longer (4-5 days) We are currently offering Free Shipping on all of our products. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, We will not have any control over the package; Therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. Tracking Your Order
We send tracking numbers for all orders placed to all customers once order ships via email.
NO RETURNS. EXCHANGES ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.

MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?
No. We are more than happy to accommodate EXCHANGES on hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.
You may exchange your extensions order ONLY if they have been unopened and not taken out of the packaging.
WHY ARE HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because VHG will not be responsible for lost returns. VHG supplies premium quality virgin hair direct from the manufacturer, many of who are located outside of the United States.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
There are no refunds. Exchanges only at this time. Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 days of receipt of returned items.
